Committed Community Volunteers

PSFDH is led by a group of dedicated volunteers who serve on our Board of Directors. Thank you to each of these local volunteers who share their time and expertise as members of the PSFDH Board of Directors.

PSFDH is seeks dedicated and talented community members to contribute to its vision by serving as voluntary members on the Board of Directors.  The positions are three-year renewable terms.  

Position Highlights:

The Board and each director is responsible for the overall governance of the affairs of the hospital.  Apart from attending monthly board meetings, members are involved in one or more Board Committee dedicated to different areas of the hospital's functions, such as finance, governance, quality, and community relations.  Your expertise and skills will steer the priorities of the PSFDH strategic plan, overseeing quality, financial conditions, and enterprise risk management matters.
